Inside

There are six double rooms with AC and five bathrooms in total.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs and three bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs.
There is a further bedroom and ensuite bathroom in an annex very close to the main house. Two of the bedrooms can be arranged with twin beds or a King Size bed.
Each bedroom has a iphone/ipod dock and hairdryer.

The living area in the house is all upstairs in an open plan space.
The House is equipped with an Italian designer kitchen fitted in 2011 with Neff and Gaggenau electro domesticals including a wine cooler and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Beside the open plan kitchen is the dining area with a large table that seats 12.
The living room has a 42" LCD TV, DVD, satellite TV and an ipod compatible music system.
There is a separate kids play/DVD area downstairs as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer. The whole house is centrally heated for winter lets.

Outside

The house is set in a 4,000 m2 plot with a south facing aspect. There are plenty of trees giving areas of shade in July and August. The pool is set on a terrace below the house with an eating table, sun loungers and chill out beds.
There are two more paved terraces surrounding the house. There is an ‘outside kitchen’ next to the house with BBQ, fridge and basin.

There is also a specially built boules/petanca pitch for a competitive game over an evening gin and tonic.
